Research Interests
Computer Graphics
Our lab has been interested in the theories and application techniques for various computer graphics problems such as geometric modeling, animation, and rendering. Recently, the lab focuses on the topics of realistic real-time rendering and 3D world reconstruction from captured RGB-D images, both on the PC and mobile platforms. Based on such technologies, the lab is building several VR/AR/MR software that can effectively be applicable in various fields of industry.
High-Performance Visual Computing
Our lab is also interested in developing parallel algorithms and their implementation techniques for processing large-scale visual information. Based on such technologies for efficient visual computing, the lab is building several CUDA- and OpenCL-based parallel software effectively harnessing the PC and mobile GPUs.
